After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, weโll send a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you havenโt received tracking details, check your spam folder or contact us.

We offer free shipping in the USA and Europe. Delivery usually takes 5โ7 business days in the USA and 10โ15 business days in Europe. For international orders, shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your location. View our Shipping Info page for more details.
๐ Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, non-customized items in their original condition. Please email us at wallasmark@hotmail.com with your order number to begin the return process. Personalized or custom orders are non-refundable unless damaged.

You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee changes as your order may already be in production or shipped. For urgent changes, contact us immediately.

Have a special request or want to inquire about custom designs? Reach out to us! We love creating unique wall art and will do our best to accommodate your vision. Custom requests may require additional processing time.
